Work in progres
Maison d’ami

This upcoming interior project is centered around a home where color plays a leading role. It is the place where the owners warmly welcome their friends for a few days of stay, and they wanted this sense of hospitality to be reflected in the design. Their love for design furniture, vibrant tones, and antique pieces forms the foundation of the concept, creating a balance between contemporary character and timeless charm.

The house had never been renovated before and still carried all of its original elements. Rather than replacing them, we chose to restore and highlight these details, celebrating the building’s heritage. From the kitchen to the fireplace mantel, my work has focused on carefully enhancing these features while weaving in the owners’ taste for bold colors and eclectic design. The result will be an interior that feels both personal and layered, where old and new live together in harmony

“Where old and new live together in harmony."

A timeless blend: the original fireplace refreshed and styled with antique vases, paired with a sleek modern side table and contemporary furniture. Natural stone textures meet the softness of carpet and the elegance of modern design. All to a balance of past and present.

The original kitchen, refreshed in the same color palette as the main house, now features a deep sink and modern electric stove. The updated tones bring new life to the space, while a striking contemporary 3D artwork creates a bold contrast with the classic kitchen design.

To enhance the sense of space, a large-scale mirror perfectly fitted to the wall reflects light and depth. Soft illumination from a paper lamp adds warmth, while a bold statement chair anchors the room with its striking design.
